After taking down all the walls and the kitchen, we worked on putting back the kitchen and fixing the walls. It was easier for me to put together IKEA cabinet since I have some experience but I have no experience including electrocity, plumbing and cutting woods. Ed helped me so much for all the carpenter’s work.

It was interesting to see all the behind of scene such as hidden wall behind of the kitchen and the electrocity and plumbing. I never pay attentioned to such detail work in the house and it was great experiences.

さて、すべて取り壊した後は、キッチンの取り付け作業に壁の修復作業。ＩＫＥＡの戸棚の組み立ては、まだやり慣れていたので大丈夫なのだが、電気配線、水回り、ノコギリの作業など、大工さんの仕事はエドに頼って、やってもらいました。

面白いのが、中の配線の様子や、隠れている場所とかが見れて、どうやって取り付けたりするのとか、取り付けた人の作業状況とか普段目を通さないところがよく見えて、いろいろと勉強になりました。
